Dinosaur BBQ - One of the best reasons to either live in, or visit, Syracuse.  If I were a pig and had to die, I would want to go to Dinosaur, it's the Arlington National Cemetery of porkdom.  

Grandma Brown's Baked Beans - Another hometown favorite.  Whereas most baked beans are a little, or maybe even a lot, soupy, Grandma Brown's have the consistency of refried beans and just the right amount of sweetness.
